K M Mohandass
K M Mohandass is the founder of our firm and has worked in the field since 1979. He has extensive experience
in Income Tax, Company Law Matters, Project Finance, Auditing, and Financial Restructuring. His
professionalism and discipline have helped the firm to grow over the decades, and he specializes in Income Tax
Advisory, Search and Seizure, corporate law advisories, Merger and Acquisitions, and representation before
various authorities under Tax and Economic Laws.
M. Subaschandran
M. Subaschandran became a partner of the firm in 1990, and under the guidance of Mr. K M Mohandass, he has
played a significant role in expanding the firm into new fields. He has extensive experience in Capital Market
Transactions, Government Audits, Finance, Taxation, and Bank Audit, and he is a qualified DISA.
Tharish V
Tharish V joined the firm as a partner in 2013. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and a Cost
Accountant. He has extensive experience in handling assessment proceedings for large companies across various
sectors under Taxation Laws. He also handles appellate and revisionary matters before various Statutory
Authorities and is responsible for the branch in Tirupati.
R. Sethu Madhavan
R. Sethu Madhavan became a partner at the firm in 2014. He is both a Chartered Accountant and a Cost
Accountant. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Finance Manager for a leading construction company. He
holds a Certificate in Ind AS issued by the ICAI. With extensive experience in statutory and internal audits,
he has worked with clients across various industries, including Automotive, Healthcare, Banking, Engineering,
ITES, Hospitality, and Real Estate.
Kalyan K.
Kalyan K. Subas became a partner of the firm in 2020. He has been associated with the firm since 2015 and had
been working as a paid assistant before joining as a partner. His major areas of experience are in the fields
of internal and statutory audits of the manufacturing sector and company law matters. He has also been
developing his experience in the fields of Management Audits and Direct and Indirect Taxation.
